From the 1, 3 and 5 Series to the X1, X3, X5 and the electric i5 and iX, or the distinctive MINI: a suction-cup dashcam does not belong in that interior. Our OEM dashcam replaces the cover behind your rear-view mirror and looks like a factory fit.

4G or Wi-Fi?

Both cost the same. With 4G you can watch live from anywhere and store footage in the cloud (paid subscription via the app). With Wi-Fi you connect to the dashcam when you are near your car, with no monthly costs.

Install it yourself or have it installed

Yourself: a free OBD plug is included as standard. Plug it in and your dashcam works within minutes, including parking mode.

Have it installed: for a fixed rate of €200 we hide the dashcam invisibly in your BMW or MINI. We preferably connect to the fuse box; if that isn’t possible, we use the OBD port. How installation works at Cam-It.

Will the dashcam fit my BMW 3 Series?

Will the dashcam also fit a MINI?

Will my BMW or MINI still look original?

Yes. The camera sits in a cover that replaces the original mirror cover, in the same shape. From outside and from the driver’s seat you see almost nothing.
