Refund policy

Article 5: Right of withdrawal 

5.1 The customer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason, in accordance with the Dutch Distance Selling Act.

5.2 The customer must return the product unused and undamaged, including the original packaging. The costs of return shipping are borne by the customer, unless agreed otherwise.

5.3 Customers can exercise the right of withdrawal by sending written notice (for example by email) to Cam-it. In addition, customers can use self-service returns via our online portal. After receipt of the withdrawal notice or use of the self-service option, the customer will receive instructions for the return shipment.

Submitting a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

  1. Log in to your account:

    1. Go to accounts.cam-it.com
    2. In the 'Email' field, enter your email address and then click 'Continue'.
    3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code.
    4. Go back to the online store and enter the verification code.

  2. Click the order for which you want to submit the return.

  3. If your order contains more than one item, select the items you want to return.

  4. Select a reason for the return and add a note for the store.

  5. Click 'Submit request'.

If your return request is approved and needs to be shipped, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. After the product has been returned, you will receive a refund.

5.4 The refund of the purchase price will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products, provided they have been received in good condition. Cam-it may withhold the refund until the product has been received back or until the customer demonstrates that the product has been returned.

5.5 The risk of loss, theft or damage to the product during return transport lies with the customer. It is therefore strongly recommended that the customer uses a registered and traceable shipping method when returning goods.

5.6 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply to custom-made products or products that spoil quickly.

In the event of discrepancies or ambiguities, the Dutch version shall prevail in the interpretation and explanation of this text.
